Wedding Videos
When it comes to preserving this precious event, don’t leave it to Uncle Charlie! Hiring an experienced pro to gather this footage will give you a memorable, well-crafted production and peace of mind. Allied Video Media has videotaped over 800 weddings since 1985. This special day’s events can be captured unobtrusively and with a minimum of lights. Great care will be taken to capture artistically framed, well-focused shots, with smooth transitions from scene to scene. Wireless mikes are usually employed to gather wedding vows, podium readings, and any desired reception interviews. Editing will put a nice polished touch on the final product.
Wedding Packages & Options
To help you choose the best plan for you, kindly take a minute and answer the following questions.
First: Do you want to have both the ceremony and reception
taped, or just the ceremony only?
| CEREMONY ONLY | Up to 2 hours coverage of the ceremony with a single camera. Video opens with a close-up shot of the invitation. Included is the original master tape and 3 VHS copies. | |
| CEREMONY & RECEPTION | Up to 6 hours coverage of ceremony & reception with a single camera. Video opens with a close-up shot of the invitation. You receive the full-length footage of the event with basic brush-up edits and music overdubs. Included is the original master tape and 3 VHS copies. |
Second: Do you want a photo montage on the front of
your video?
| PHOTO MONTAGE | A video close-up of up to 20 "baby" or "growing up" pictures of couple, with dissolves or special between the images, set to music. Extra or "honeymoon" photos may be added. |
Third: Do you want to add certain extra services, such
as a second or third camera, edited "highlights" recap
of the day’s main events, overtime, titling and/or special
effects, coverage of the rehearsal dinner or video of the bride
at her house? There are yet other possible extras, depending on
your budget and wishes.
| SECOND or more CAMERA(s) | You may decide to have additional camera operator(s) at your ceremony. This will show a variety of different viewpoints, giving editing flexibility. This allows the best "point of view" for critical shots, such as the kiss and exchange of rings. | |
| EDITED HIGHLIGHTS RECAP | This is an artfully constructed montage of video clips of highlights from the wedding day (exterior of church/house of worship, procession, vows, ring exchange, altar kiss, any other "altar highlights", recession, limo shots, establishing shots, grand introduction, first dance, toast, cake cut, other special dances, garter/bouquet toss, etc.). These clips seamlessly glide together using dissolves and other tasteful special effects. This recap will incorporate some live audio from the event, recorded accompaniment music, and any necessary titling, still photos or freeze frames. This synopsis can be crafted to last anywhere from about 3-20 minutes, depending on your desires. |
